Shoeb Kagda is a co-founder of the Indonesia Economic Forum (IEF) and is concurrently the Director of the Overseas Center in Jakarta for Singapore Management University. Previously, Shoeb served as the editor-in-chief at Berita Satu Media Holdings, where he led the launch of Globe Asia, Indonesia’s first magazine to publish an annual list of the country’s richest individuals and companies.
Over the years, Shoeb has developed the annual IEF conference into becoming recognised as the premier engagement platform for business leaders, policymakers, entrepreneurs, and thought leaders alike in discussing Indonesia’s current and future policies and goals. The annual IEF conference is now ingrained as a key event in Indonesia’s calendar.
