Dr Jerry Sambuaga is the Deputy Minister of Trade of the Republic of Indonesia. He was appointed by President Joko Widodo to the Cabinet on 25 October 2019. In September 2022, the Aletheia Asia team had the privilege to speak to Dr Jerry Sambuaga at the Ministry of Trade office about the impact of the Covid-19 pandemic, the crypto industry in Indonesia, and the challenges and opportunities facing the Ministry of Trade.
